As a SPAM control
measure some ISP may block port 25 on their send main
server (to send email
through mail.yourdomainname, your email program is using
what's called "port 25") , making it impossible to connect
to mail.yourdomainname and send email.
The solution in this case, would be to send email through
your ISP SMTP server. You may need to contact your ISP to
get their SMTP.
If the issue is not resolved

your network / maintain your PC. If are on a
maintenance program with us- please contact us
so we may walk you thru the process - either
to fix the issue or make recommendation.
